Delivery
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Domestic orders will be shipped via Laposte and international orders will generally be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You can select your shipping charges and options at checkout. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number and a confirmation with your order details. Please ensure that your shipping address is both correct and secure. We are not responsible for packages after they have been delivered to the requested address.

If an item is out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail or by phone. You can choose to wait for the out of stock item or the item can be cancelled and the purchase amount refunded.
Please note that for purchases in the United States, your bank may charge an international processing fee. You are responsible for any additional duties or import charges.

Returns

Items may be returned for store credit within 14 days of receipt as long as the product is in its original condition and is returned to us in its original packaging. All shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend that packages be returned via a traceable carrier and insured for the full amount of the merchandise. We are not responsible for missing packages and have the right to refuse returns if the merchandise is not in resalable condition and/or does not meet the requirements of our policy. All items on sale are final sales. Before returning any items, please contact us by email at contact@twin-pix.com
