ANDREU ALFARO : Self-taught sculptor, he began his artistic activity in the late fifties with a sculpture of constructivist heritage to develop, in the following three decades, a changing and diversified work, but faithful to certain basic conceptions: the assimilation into the artistic creation of the methodology of the processes and industrial materials, a synthetic vocation in the form and the conviction that the sculpture must recover its public and commemorative character.
